our stay at the holiday house was absolutely fantastic. claudio, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and bars in the charming and character-filled street where the property is located. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and the old town. we would highly recommend this property!

We loved the central location of Carbonari Apartment, making it easy to explore the city on our bikes. the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had a cute balcony. It was also conveniently close to a public car park and just a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach.
Felt great, no reason to complain.

Excellent host, immediate replies, great location, clean room, amazing hospitality. Recommended for next trip. Amazing street full of charm and character. Ideal location for beach and old town. Small but comfortable apartment for 2, with all necessities. Wonderful recommendations for food.

The nearest airport just made my journey even longer! The bathrobe, kitchen, and dining area were great for me to pretend I actually know how to cook something.
I didn't really enjoy feeling like I was in a hotel with the flat-screen TV available. So mainstream.

I had a fantastic stay in this holiday house. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the town and in the old town of Cefalu. It's incredibly convenient to explore the city and everything is within walking distance. The beach is really close, just a 5-minute walk away. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and responsive, always quick to help whenever I needed anything.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center and close to restaurants, bars, and stores. It was also just a short walk to the beach, which was very convenient. The balcony was a great addition, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and soaking up the atmosphere of the charming little streets.
The mattress was quite hard, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was weak in the bedroom and kitchen, making it difficult to use the internet.

The owner was super communicative and helpful, giving us great recommendations for our stay in the breathtakingly beautiful town we chose for our Italian trip. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had a lovely shower with warm water. We enjoyed the afternoon sun on the nice balcony. Definitely value for money!
